There is an login bonus event going on right now. Just log in 20 days during the event and you'll get a 6*. It's pretty crappy though, but has low cost. Oh, and it's not tradeable.

Check out the wiki page: http://www.fantasicawiki.com/wiki/6_Star_Units. Generally standard pack cards are cheaper than LE cards. High stats are good but check its speed and deploy cost too. The ones with good arena skills like iron wall, critical shot, defense order, doube/triple/quad/penta attack are also better.

Also, some units are better in certain events than others. High stat D speed is usually not desirable in colo/arena event but they do better in any event that involves some kinda boss battle. For example: Aragon and Charles are kings in colo but they're not the top dps units in boss battle, and if the boss is land base D speed Vlad can do much more damage than they can. So get the units that suit your need.

For a first 6*, I don't think he should be trying to get something amazing. A standard pullable 6* or "mass-produced" BT pt 6* with well-rounded stats is probably adequate enough.

Also, when he is picking a 6*, arena skills and speed shouldn't be his main concern because he really shouldn't be competing in arena/colo. In order to succeed in those events, he needs a good team. For me, it is just too early for him to start working on a arena/colo team when he is only trying to get his first 6*.

About recommendation, I would say other than stats, price is also a big factor. For instance, I saw a mlb Pregare got sold in an auction for 7TE few days ago. If a new player ask me whether he should go for it, I will definitely say yes. Pregare may be far from the best 6* unit out there, but for 7TE what else can you ask for?

Anything, my point is that his first 6* doesn't need to be perfect. As long as it is something that can help him get more resources, it will do the job.

Yea I'm not saying he has to go for some impossible best cards, just don't spend on crappy cards *cough*Alex*cough*. Pregare qualifies as a cheap but good card.

Also, it's never too early to plan ahead. Especially if he has a dream card in a future event in mind.

Hey did the event items from future king turn into tradeable pots this time? I didn't get any.

Are Cards with arena attack more useful than other Units for guild battles,  whetere if they arent 6 *or  7* Units??
Is there a list of Cards which you can use for gw so you can us all fields for defense and attacks without loosing a field because of to much deploy costs?
That would really help, because i noticed i dont have this problem alone that most of my units needs too much cost deploy, and one field  is always empty..

It depends, not all arena skills are really good imo, only iron wall, defense order, crit shot, double/triple/quad/penta attack. AA is useful when facing 1-row-only defense, poison is ok, kb and slow are pretty meh though.

Thanks for your advice. I have go through the wiki and found something good (IMO) .. How bout getting Aksana as my first card .. The card have a well round stat and is available through Standard Card Packs. Apparently it cost a bomb in FantasiTrade =.=

I do check out others such as Quid X Quam and Monnaie. They both cost a bomb too .. Sigh !!

Besides, all the cards now is through event and the best of all is only those 5* which I have only 2. The rest is just 4* which I get through daily log-in and the free 4* packs using the roulette.

Aksana is good, not too costly but very useful; and she will drop a ton if ppl manage to all get bristol lol. Her range sucks though so she suffers a bit in any event involving doing special quests. Last I checked she was 30 fresh.

Try getting a Coral... but that's up to you

How many TE/Pot I need to accumulate for my first 6*   

All need more than 35 for one card =.=!!

BTW, how is it possible to accumulate to such amount and just to spent on one "normal one"

The cheapest 6*s are down in the vicinty of ~7-8te. I recommend looking at http://fantasitrade.com/ to get an idea.

Thank you i will have a look at it, i fear that i cant get all the units here listed, but at least its good to see which units are better for gw compared to other units.  

For the new whisper of the past event, should I train in the first few levels because they cost less stamina, or should I just keep doing the current one? Which one had the best m ticket rate? Which one has the best boss appearance? Thanks!

Can I ask what can I do with the Card that only have "sell only" in the description like those God card.

What Can I do with all the 4* card as the event give lots of it. It is just too much but not when I start to play when I find it difficult to obtain a 4*

If I were to sell, is there any value or should I just NPC it

There is 5 goddess cards.

Except one each of them works like feeders for melee, missile, magic or monsters. When you feed them it gives your unit 3 (and one 4) levels, no matter which level your unit is.

Each Anu gives 3 levels to melee units, 1 to everyone else.
Danu gives 3 levels to missile units, 1 to everyone else.
Tartu gives 3 levels to magic units, 1 to everyone else.
While Enurta gives 4 levels to monster units.

The last goddess card can either be given to leana for 300 leana points or sold for luna.

As for 4* cards, you can either feed them to your other cards or try to sell em to other people for Time elixirs / potions (fantasicas currency). With the huge inflation of 4* cards into the market it might be difficult to sell them though. You can try to feed 4*s to eachother and level them to 40 and then sell them as sets, but the 4* market might be dead for a period forward. Just my 2 cent. :p

What are the rates for the dream tickets? I used 6 of them and got 6 3* monsters.

Sounds about right. I seem to average about 75% 3*s, 24% 4*s and less then 1% 5* or above on dream tickets

No one really knows, I suspect they mirror the rates for Step-up packs - ie 61% 3* / 39% 4*+

4*+ breakdown varies based on the dream chest, so I'm just going to lump those all together.

To further add, another option is to trade them for Leana Points. Each 4* would trade for 300 LP. On the average (at least by my experience) an ambro drops every 1500 LP exchanged. There are also event items that sometimes drops from Leana's depending on events. Including the 4*+ tix I've traded, I've accumulated about 130k LP so far.

Hello, i have a question. As a starter free player some resources are hard to come by, especially some good 6* cards so i can be of help to allies and hold my own in events.

I study abroad, this weekend i'm going back home for a visit and i thought of using my parent's tablets to start a new account, do the minas trials, and give me the reward and possibly the free TE and pots. This would allow me to obtain a reasonable 6*, but how legit is this?

Also thought of asking some friends to lvl up to 30 and pass me the TE (maybe they would even like the game!), although they are not as game addicts as i am. Does this raise any red flags or is fairly common?

As long as they register the account on their phone and are willing to give you the TE its basicly still by the rules, since they give up their own resources which they could have used and give it to you. Personally i have an alternate account which i put effort into to help my main account, both as an assist during events or transfer any resources i win in events to my main account. I dont bot (i.e automatic play without any human input) or cheat on it so i cant see why it would be against the rules.

As for getting a 6*, the cheapest 6*s are around ~7 to 8 TE. And im not counting terrible units such as Alexander (which you should avoid no matter what). If you can do a couple of events you can acquire Goddess cards, if you save these and dont use them you can sell sets of them for 2TE each.

@triumpher - depending on when you started you might be eligible for Giselle, which is a 6* for free. Can't really beat that deal.

That's assuming you started a few days ago and aren't going to miss any log-ins from then until April 8th.
