| when we do a search function for a card, some of us are spelling failures (or lazy bums) so we prefer to type one or a few letters to search. The problem about that is that the search will end up not in alphabetical order. Would need a fix on that. Screenshot - | |

| Crap guys sorry, for some reason it stopped sending me emails when this topic gets bumped so I didn't even realize people were posting! I am leaving in about 15 minutes to visit a friend in another state and won't be back until Sunday, though I plan on spending most of Sunday doing updates. Sorting units alphabetically and extending price limits are good ideas and easy fixes, I will do those ASAP. I have been working on the PMing on and off for a while, just haven't had much time recently, still going to get implemented eventually though Also just removed some scammers/fake accounts, if you notice any of these please send me an email at fantasitrade@gmail.com as it is the most certain and fastest way I will see it and I will remove them as soon as I get back! | |

| Have you considered setting something up for moderator accounts? People with the ability to lock accounts and add new cards to the database? In the long run it would probably help to lighten your work load in maintaining the website. I could help out if needed. | |

I have actually, we had some admins for a while but I think they have moved on, should find some new ones soon just no time. Also: Updates: - Added a ton of new units, almost up to 700!

Thanks! I'm glad you like this site and are finding it useful! Also, sorry about the outage, if you guys notice the site go down feel free to send me an email at fantasitrade@gmail.com, I just noticed randomly that it had been down for 40 minutes or so. The site was using too much memory so I had to upgrade it, we have double the amount per hour now though so hopefully that should be enough for right now.

Jiang Shi is missing from fantasitrade. http://www.fantasicawiki.com/wiki/Jiang_Shi_m Thanks for the heads-up, I recently added an auto update on the back-end for the images so that should get added as soon as it refreshes.

| Update:
Noticed a sudden spike in fake accounts trying to mess up the market, deleted tons of them and added the ability for users to report a user by clicking the "report this user" button under their name on their profile page.

| Report feature has been working great so far, lots of fake accounts removed.
Update:
I added an email requirement in registration, and require the email to be confirmed to hopefully slow down people making fake accounts to spam.
I am currently working on adding an IP field as well so I can start blocking the IP's of people making fake accounts.

| Hats off to you kgst A couple of us noticed those fake accounts just yesterday and were lamenting over the damage it's doing to what has been and can be a very helpful site. I was just going to PM you about it but I see you've already taken action. Thank you!
Email verication and the report option should help. Maybe consider an in-game verification step as well (I noticed at least one of the fake accounts yesterday was using a real gamer's name and ID)

Email verication and the report option should help. Maybe consider an in-game verification step as well (I noticed at least one of the fake accounts yesterday was using a real gamer's name and ID) It's mostly one guy I think, I have noticed he tends to make 5-10 accounts, many using the ID's of real players to try to drive the price of certain cards down. The IP logging is now in place so I can block his IP address, or even set it so only 1-2 accounts can be made per IP. All these steps don't make it impossible for someone to use a bunch of different fake emails, switch between different proxys, etc. to still post fake stuff, but reporting, email confirmation, and IP logging all make it harder and more time consuming for him to post fake stuff and much easier for me to prevent, find, and remove it. As for in-game option, I was considering doing some type of optional account confirmation, such as having people post on my wall with a code they are given which will turn their account into a "verified one", which will change their username text's color to green or something so people know it's a legitimate account. The main negative of this is it's just very time consuming for me, and while I happened to find some time today I am usually pretty busy, unless I could find some willing and trustworthy admins to help me out with this system.

| Added the functionality for Verified accounts, but I am still unsure of how I want to actually verify them. I don't really want to have to check my wall every few hours and manually verify users, not to mention a lot will probably get lost in the shuffle and just be an all around headache for anyone.
I would really like to create some automated system for this, anyone got any ideas on where to start? Or alternative means of verification?

| Had a lot of free time today so I decided to put some work into the site.
Updates: - Added Auctions and a Bid system, probably has some bugs but I put it out there so I can see what problems people run into. - Lots of backend and ease-of-use changes.

The Auction system is a nice idea but people aren't obliged to actually sell their units so it feels kinda pointless to bid when someone can just trade their unit away during the auction. The reputation system helps with this but could I suggest a feature where you can post when you're having an auction ingame? Thanks for all the work you do on the site, it's really helpful.

Well nomatter where the auction occurs there is going to be the risk that the person won't sell the unit after the auction is over. I am also finishing up a system where anyone > +25 reputation will have their name show up in green on the site, and anyone with a reputation < -10 will have their name show up in red, meaning while someone could decide not to trade to auction winners a few times, they will soon go red at which point people will just begin ignoring their auctions/trades.

| Updates: - People can only have 8 active auctions at a time - Changes to name formatting - Database structure changes - Registration verification changes, won't allow >3 accounts from same IP Address, only one account per email, etc.
Pretty fried after going hard the past few days, probably not many additions for a few days, except maintenance and bug fixes and whatnot.
