is there any difference whilst enhancing with a 2* card or a 2* monster card? or will they both give the same level of exp.?

so would willy be better than toad?

just working out what training will be best to do

I have a question.
I got Fiona for free. My first 5*
Is she even worth leveling? Or will I just focus on my 4* cards?

I saw this topic on the forum of someone who explains that Fiona isn't that weak at all.

The rough way to measure it is melee units give extra exp to other melee units. Magic units give extra exp to other magic units. Missile units give extra exp to other missile units. I believe monster units behave like melee units, so melee units give more exp to a monster than a missile or magic and conversely, a monster unit would give more exp to a melee than a missile or magic. We have a pretty detailed mathematical explanation in the encyclopedia section if you are interested.

I will give you the quick and dirty on Fiona.

1. She is given away as a referal bonus, thus there are LOTS of her and she isn't worth much.

2. Many people do not like her art, thus dropping her value. Popular art can add a lot of value to a card (just look at Lana or Elizabeth, they aren't super good cards, just popular art and limited edition).

3. Her stats are weak and her speed isn't that impressive. Yes, she has poison, but poison does not do anything during boss fights which is where DPS really matters (training events, tower events, and panel events all have boss fights).

4. Her skill is poison, which is fine for missions, but really bad for arena and battle arena. Furthermore, there are many better poison units out there.

She is worth leveling and using if you need a 5*. But don't expect any kind of investment value out of her.

Yeah but you say it yourself.
She is weak... So why would I spent time leveling her?
It's better to invest in my 4* then?

Well, she is better than most 4*s, plus, 4*s are even more worthless than Fiona in most cases.

There is not a specific unit set called "arena units." Some units perform better in arena (colosseum) and battle arena. These tend to be fast, low deploy cost units, with either slow or knockback. (I prefer knockback for colosseeum and slow for battle arena).

Some units have special abilities that only function in battle arena. Some are like Bernhard which gets Ironwall and Ignat which gets speed order. Note, some units have a regular ability and a special arena ability, like Patrick which has slow and ironwall.

Lastly, each battle arena has a specific set of unit usage limitations. In the first battle arena, units with 30DC were excluded. In the next battle arena, only melee units will be allowed, magic and missile units are excluded.

In the arena your units get to use all of their normal skills, however there are a few arena only skills like iron wall, triple attack... those are indicated on this spread sheet.

How do you make alts? I don't get a log in screen and I don't have a log out button. Is there some way to do it on the computer? I'm using the iOS version btw.

Anyone getting an error message with the latest patch?

"A download error has occurred. Filed to download date. Please restart the game."

Getting it on 2 different devices, connection working fine. Deleting the game and reinstalling produces the same message. iOS.

i think having alts is a grey area and not really discussed on this forum. You can however clear out the games data on your phone in the apps settings...

got a few questions in mind..

1. what are the use of your artifacts once you completed the set?
- does it matter when someone steals it from you once you have completed the set?

2. you will only receive ONE monster per artifact right? i mean once you get it its done.. so your source of good MON for defense are the event rewards right?

3. Whats the best episode to farm arena tickets? I need to recharge my Training points 2 to 3 times before i get 1 arena ticket! (my Training pts is 264)

4. I didnt prepare well for the arena event since i have limited resources, now should i include my low leveled 3* in my formation, would it have an effect to the outcome of my battles?
i.e. what if i placed it as my first monster and it gets one hit-ed by my opponent that would count as 1 defeat on my end right?

5. how does the arena work? the one who deals more damage wins? the one who defeats more units win?

6. how does it compute the health and damage a unit has in the arena?
i have dermond its lv 79 currently, and i have a lv 80 tanith.. tanith has greater land damage should i place tanith in my formation's first slot rather than dermond? would it have greater health than my dermond?

7. as for alternate accounts, has anyone tried to log out in mobage and created another account and logged in to that account?
cause im pretty sure you can LOG OUT, and im pretty sure i read somewhere that fantasica implemented a one phone, one account policy? (if im not mistaken)

check out the wiki for the jp order of events and then consult your crystal ball to determine which will be next. its guess will be as good as any.

Completed sets reward you with 1 monster card. Two of these (Cat & Mermaid) can be recruited into units, but I recommend keeping them as monsters. Once completed it does not matter if it gets stolen. These are also a good way of keeping track of your wins for battle seasoned as if can choose your target based on a artifact and then have a general idea of how many wins you have.

One monster per set, yes. There is however a special event in the future that will give more... but for quest artifact sets, just one regardless of how many completed sets you have.

Yes your units effect how well you preform... for arena events i would recommend that new players just save tickets and not compete as your tickets will cary over to the next arena... having 200+ tickets can net you a shinny 5* for points and possible even rank.... but im thinking your talking about your monster defense... i wouldnt worry about that until you have some solid units, just let people hit you and focus on training your units.

go to the current events page and you will find pages of info on this... there is some dispute over the exact mechanics but im pretty sure the person who does the most damage will win.

again you can read pages of discussion on this in the current events thread as the exact mechanics are not known but the general thought is that unit health is based on deployment cost and level, however each card has different attack to deploy costs so the health of each card is more likely to vary wildly, for now your highest level card should be your first. you can re-arrange (although not now cause you cant trade, just keep it in mind for next arena) your order by banking your cards (open trade with an ally and have them cancel, the canceled trade cards will go into your inbox) then withdraw your cards in the order you want them in, first out is first up (same goes with your monster def). You want to keep your units in the fight the longest so order your units by *, then level. Arena also puts your cards in rank of range so your shortest ranged units will be in the front regardless of order. I think damage is something like 80% of the top two (like 80% of air + land), but i have heard many different thoughts on this and they are also effect by your skills so the 10% damage increase to sea will increase your dmg.

You can have your phone registered to one account. that means you can only access the inbox and trade with the account that the phone/device is registered to but you can still play with other accounts from that phone. You should note that multi accounts is in a grey area and the mods dont really like peoples talking about it.

Same thing was NOT said about BA1. We were told specifically in BA1 they WOULD carry over. Now we are told specifically they WILL NOT carry over.

As for soul stones, they are different since they are recyclable thus have a reason to stay around even when there is no even occurring.

Ignore them? Just quest and grind units and don't worry about the tickets you get, there is nothing you can do with them except for use them for the event.

I battled someone in the arena, I got 5 Units while he has 7...

I defeated his first unit and damaged his 2nd more than half of its health... while my first unit is lost almost half of its health.

no matter which angle i look at, i believe i should have won that battle BUT i lost! This happened to me twice already...

i just dont understand why...

You win if you make more damage than your opponent.

Actually I believe the some of the forum members have said it's to do with the amount of units remaining on your team. In other words, it's who has the most remaining health after the fight that wins the round.

Where you lost is that you only had 5 units while your opponent has 7, who already has a higher health total than yours.

The pros were saying you shouldn't go with a team of less than 7 members, so you may have to fill the remaining slots with 2*s or 1*s to make sure you have a chance.... I think....
