Beware: Scammers [No Longer Updated][8/29/2013]

what happened? how did it happen? was it an album scam? were you just ripped off while trading (meaning they lied to you about pricing? )
please be concrete and not just point fingers

Unfortunately I can't provide much details. I am just posting on behalf of an ally.  
They communicated on Kik to set up an album trade and after the album trade was made, my ally sent the collateral back and the scammer canceled the trade.  The scammer also stopped all communication with my ally.  My ally has sent the collateral back at least twice and it has been canceled by the scammer everytime.  I have also tried to contact the scammer on kik but he/she doesn't respond.

EDIT: the scammer seems to also be blacklisting people who ask her to send back the Epic she scammed

I always album with at least 150% market value collat and if the person asking me to album my units refuses, I know something's up

If this list was updated on 7/15, why wasn't Angelsdeath0 29138313 added?   He was reported 3 times for 3 different scams.   Screenshots were included.

Guess what?   Angelsdeath0 29138313 just scammed AGAIN.   He needs to be added to the list at the top in bold letters.

He talked to leonx22 via kik and arranged a deal.

Angels traded the Akansa he stole from peepaw57 for Epic and the right to album Marj U. As soon as first trade went through, he blacklisted leonx22

There are at least 7 evidence supported scammers reported between pages 10 and 26 that were not added to the list list when it was allegedly updated. Fix it

I am sick of seeing angelsdeath0's ID everywhere. Why don't people learn already?

I feel like it might be easier to start a new thread with an active forum member? Considering only admins can update the first post, or so I heard.

HoundR who is a Trade Moderator updated the post, that's why it is "up to date" except for AngelsDeath0 not being on the list.

I think it was the community. Mobage/SS cannot enforce such thing sadly.

I thought so, but both sounded impossible frankly. That's great that everyone was able to convince him!

I updated based on the most recent case which was sent to the mods by PM. I became a mod recently, so I wasn't aware of the lack of updating on that list. To be honest, I though he was on that list already since he has the defense W/L ratio of a scammer.
I'll check the thread and see who's missing (as long as there's proof), but you're welcome to send me any info related to scammers who aren't on this list yet.

Again, PM/kik me about any future problems related to scamming so I can discuss them with the other mods and do something about it ASAP.

With that said... Angelsdeath0 has been added to the list for multiple scams.

Everyone who hasn't read the ToS/memph's signature should do it and repeat it everytime they open the game. As much as I hate scamming, Mobage isn't really interested in those cases and you should always make sure to get proper collat (enough to make up for the possible loss).

So, Angelsdeath0 is now claiming that all of his victims were repaid and they all forgave him. Also saying that scamming is in the past and we should all just let it go.

First, he scammed Beatrix from toptreeclimber. I got word about it through an ally. I talked to tree and angel. A week later, he gave tree a 9Tu. At the time, Beatrix was worth about 200 more. Tree accepted 9Tu because it was better than nothing. Angels fed him some sob story about ppl making fun of his 5* cards and he just NEEDED a 6*. He promised he would never scam again. Tree never forgave him and continued to warn others until Angels went inactive.

Next, he stole Aksana that belonged to peepaw57 from an ally who had borrowed it and wanted to LB it. He did not return the card nor offer any type of compensation. He told peepaw57 he took the card because some people were making fun of his cards. He told me the same via kik. He had traded Akansa for Tania and called it "a part of me so I can't give her up." He promised peepaw57 that he would never scam again, and peepaw57 forgave him based on that promise.

Next, he scammed Reve. He allied the girl after talking with her on Kik for a few days, stole her Reve, and blacklisted her. All she got was, "I'm sorry, but you really shouldn't trust anyone.

With the final scam, he did return the card. I think he did that only because 30+ ppl from 4 clans spammed his wall for 6 hours. He is now saying that he will never scam again and the people who call him a scammer just have a grudge.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I personally believe he is lying when he says he won't scan again. I wouldn't believe him if his thumbs were notarized. So, I will continue to warn the innocent away from him and welcome others who wish to as well. He is blacklisting people who call him a scammer, so blacklist him first. 29138313 angelsdeath0

Yo, heads up.

An old ally of mine, cdvquinn ID 66376171 is being accused to be a scammer. I'm currently talking to him in Kik, since he's an old ally of mine and he explained it to me this way:

His ally wanted a Melone from a user called Domshrek I believe. I don't know the ID, but Quinn said to Dom he'd add a Constance HERO and Domshrek said it is fine and traded the Melone to the ally of Quinn and suddenly started to demand for the old Constance Unit, though it was the hero version Quinn offered to add.

Domshrek demands now either Epichitrias, Fraoula or Constance Unit, the old one, but not the Constance Hero, which was the original add from Quinn to help his ALLY to obtain Melone from Domshrek and nothing less.

He also doesn't have a Constance Unit anymore. He lend her to an ally who suddenly quitted and gave away all the cards they had, including the ConU.

This is just wrong. You have no proof that what dom said isnt true and cdvquinn didnt actually offer const U and never specified Hero or not. Kik is not = to proof of anything. All you are doing is taking sides and calling each other scammers or w/e. All it does is destroy one or both peoples reputation.

Quinn's is already destroyed and tbh, I know that Quinn might have lied to me, there's always the option, but when I saw this was starting Quinn was saying to Domshrek he said HERO and not the old Constance Unit and in my opinion Shrek should have waited 'till he got the trade from Quinn & his Ally.

You don't just trade a Unit off like that, without getting the actual payment as trade from both first. That's my opinion here and if it's true that it was Constance Unit, then my apologize I sound like I'm sided, BUT it is also Doms own fault that he already traded Melone to the ally of Quinn instead of WAITING for the whole payment.

I don't want to ruin any of the reputations. Dom is a nice guy. He participated in my auction and was kind to me, but I'm just saying this. It's like the Lilith guy albumed with someone who is lvl 62 and didn't provided any Collateral.

In my opinion there should be also Quinns ally to be blamed. Instead of calming the situation down with giving Melone back, he didn't. At the moment he knew this was happening, he could have calmed everyting down with trading Melone back. But as you can see, only Quinn is the target and no the Ally, which is why I don't know the name of the Ally who've Melone.

Also if it's even true, Quinn doesn't have the option to give the old Constance UNIT, because his Ally who had them quit and traded them away to Newbies.

This sounds more like Dom and quinn got screwed over by quinns ally.
If that was such a great ally that quinn was willing to add to make the deal then his ally should just trade back and end the whole situation.

As it stands Dom got screwed over and is out const (original or hero) still down the const. Quinn isnt out anything but thier reputation and quinn's ally got a cheap?? deal on melone who by the way is still unnamed. If anything you should tell quinns ally to trade back as that would solve the problem.
