Totally agree with Tattycoram, the 6*s should be spread out more evenly (not more 6s, just not that random cluster of 3 6s in one draw)

Many people like me will stop spending money seeing this.
Wouldn't it be even more profitable (for mobage) to have more people regularly spending, than this situation ?

Also, this guy withthe 3 6*s will probably not buy a single pack again (doesn't need to), and if he does (and he gets normal treatment haha) he also will never buy again.

Note: I spent like 200$ and got NO 6*

Lately it feels like a lot of two-day old accounts get at least one 6*... And I've convinced many of them are alts too, especially the one with a level 140 Paris.

Second account I've seen today, created on 5/11/13, with a 6* leader, and drawing a 6*

Yeah, my bad - I didn't consider this possibility (him drawing again & small jackpot again).

But the reason I write this reply, this particular user AGAIN got a Rose and Siever at 14:25 Fanta time.

I don't check the report constantly yet i see him 3 times a day....


Either he has a serious gambling problem, or mobages algorithm is just plain sh*t.

Somehow I can imagine them buying all the time Boxes, if they actually have a gambling problem... xD I wish I could see the face, if they don't draw anything good. Gosh. That shouldn't be funny.

But I believe it's Fantasica algorithm... I mean, sometimes you see people only drawing 6 stars or so or three six stars in a row by the same people or different people. x.x

I've seen a lot of new accounts pulling 6*s lately. I've come to a conclusion that most of them are alts. If you think about it, It's really smarter to make an alt and spend all of your moba coins on the starting step-up promotions where there is a 10x increased chance than to spend it on your main unless theres already a step-up happening.
The only problem is that mobage coins are acc based (Obviously) but since most people don't really buy moba coins until they are about to buy a pack, thats pretty much a non-issue.

One thing's for sure, Fanta is making bank on including a week of step-ups when you sign up.

I would also assume that the person you guys are mentioning above is an alt of a big spender using the method I specified above. One does not simply spend that insane amount of money on a game that he has only played for 2 days. Especially not during an event as boring as the trials.

Those are what you call smart players to take advantage of the step-up promotion. Is it wrong? Yes. But you don't see Mobage banning their accounts.

Whatever makes Mobage their money is the only thing they care about. And it's been mentioned plenty of other times in plenty of other posts, everyone has read that the card pack is a lottery. Everyone has read people's posts about not getting anything, yet people still want to try to see if they can one up the other person who didn't get anything.

It's still funny to see people say they only spend under $300-$400 and not get getting, yet you hear other players (I am one of those) that spend a lot more to get more. It's all by luck. Did I gripe about not getting any 6*s in last step-up? Nope. All I ever mentioned to allies were "this isn't my lucky step-up." Didn't spend nearly as much as other step-ups, but I knew what I was getting in to. Only got an Armure x2. Succubus. 9T. And 5*s that aren't worth anything.

The chance of getting a 7* will draw more in... Then the 8*... and 9* and 10*... O.o

Last step up in my way to getting Borage I did the step up 1-7 and bought step 7 4 times total. Went halves with a friend - we pulled 1 5* and the rest 4*s or lower.

Almost $400 without a single 6* and we had the 15x promotion on our side.

It has been mentioned in this thread, at the completion of Mina's trials, new players are given the opportunity to buy stepup-packs for like a week or so. That probably explains the huge number of new players with 6*s.

I know, but it's still depressing T.T I do anyway believe that SOME accounts are alts, after they found this out...

Well hell, is there a way to create a second account on your device and use the mail system? I'm not wasting any more money on Mobage if new accounts get step up. That's total crap.
