everytime I try to purchase a card pack I get the connection error. why is this happening And what should I do?

Keep bumping this post every 4 minutes, that should fix it.

Edit: Just wait a bit or try connecting over wifi instead of carrier service.

I've tried logging out turning off my phone. Back on exiting the game everything, Changing to Wi-Fi changing back to phone service Internet.
