Saved data missing :(

Dear all,

While i was playing fantasica my phone suddently went off and on again.

now when im starting fantsica again it asks me if i want to play sound which i can change at the end of the tutorial. i also got a save file error.

so im affraid my saved data is gone.

has anyone had the same problem? and how do i fix this?

My phone has died while I was playing the game multiple times and this has never happened to me. What kind of phone are you using?

Delete the app. Reinstall. That should fix it.

have had it several times also & this is the first time this error occured.

deleted, reinstalled, loaded and up and running again

So I played a few days without problems now it won't get past the loading screen. I cleared cache s well as reloaded game and it says initializing and won't do anything else at the loading screen. Evo 3d is the phone

I merged your thread with one that sounds like it is a similar problem, if it is not, maybe someone will answer soon.

When they first added the intro video this happened to me. I killed the app and restated and it was fine. Did you try BK's idea? and I hope you emailed SS support, not Mobage, because they will just direct you to SS...

What is their email. I think it went to Moba. I hard reset phone and still stuck at initial screen.

there response was quite fast, for my problem i didnt need the support.
luckely BkWiz gave me some good advice.

just deleted app, reinstalled, load & signed in with mobage did it for me.

Back up.... I stopped trying a few days because I loaded it on my wife old phone ans now it works so now ill have a feeder account I may loaf it on her current phone too to have three accounts.
