How many MAX4* required to MAX a 6* ?

I am guessing 10 ? Anyone have actual experiences ?

That was my question. Now, after a test, I shall share my result with all of you

Using Danupe's original formula, the exp gain for common feeders are:

Max 4* = 42367
Max 3* = 21080
Lv 10 2* = 2040
Lv 4 2* = 1020

The cumulative exp for important levels are:
Lv 20 = 11500 (1-20 is +50 exp per level) -confirmed
Lv 40 = 44900 (21-40 is +60 exp per level)
Lv 60 = 104200 (41-60 is +70 exp per level) -checked lv51 to 60 running 24-6
Lv 80 = 197200 (61-80 is +100 exp per level) -checked lv61 to 73 running 24-6
Lv 100 = 339700 (81-100 is +150 exp per level) -checked lv91-100 running 24-6
Lv 120 = 563900 (101-120 is +325 exp per level) -not certain, only have 2 points (116,117)

Now for tsunonlau's particular case:
30 lv10 2* = 30 x 2040 = 61200
5 max 3* = 5 x 21080 = 105400
3 max 4* = 3 x 42367 = 127101
Total feeder exp = 293701

I believe the event gives +25% enhancement exp bonus
293701 x 1.25 = 367126, which is Lv103

My data above was a generalized situation based on the resources currently I have.
I certainly own some mid-way level cards, but I am gonna list them all out, trying to give the most accurate result I can provide.

So, here's what I've got

Predicted result:

30 lv10 2* = 30 x 2040 = 61200
5 max 3* = 5 x 21080 = 105400
3 max 4* = 3 x 42367 = 127101
Total feeder exp = 293701

I believe the event gives +25% enhancement exp bonus
293701 x 1.25 = 367126, which is Lv103
+ additonal Estimated cards
2 lv.30 4* = 2 x 30000 (Roughly) = 60000
15 lv.10 3* = 15 x 5000 (Roughly) = 75000
7 lv.10 2* = 7 x 2040 = 15000

=(293701 + 60000 + 75000 + 15000 ) x 1.25 Bouns
= 503000 x 1.25
= 629626 exp
= Max a 6* from level 1 (Required EXP =522700 xp)

Actual Result:
3 MAX 4*
2 lv.30 4* (Roughly)
5 MAX 3*
15 lv.10 3* (Roughly)
37 lv.10 2*
=61 cards
= MAXED

= I counted and I spend exactly those 61 cards to max my Reinhard
Conclusion, My empirical results are not very useful, but evidently, that's the about right cards you need to max a 6* (with bonus)
I am sure I had put more exp then needed to max him though
