It was said in the first few pages that gift cards count because someone (even if it's not you) spent money on it. But personally I don't agree with that because they're, well, gifts. and I thought yogurt already ok-ed you (page 47).

Well, it's definitely not the ideal situation, but if someone were to gift you a GC and you are unable to trade it for actual currency legitimately, then I believe it would be okay, as long as the gift is not a trade. IDK it's a grey area where each scenario should be individually reviewed, but in general it should be okay.

I suggest your team to be something like:
Lev (lead) 25 dc
trish/cam 25 dc
zande 20 dc
tanith 15 dc
ibiza 15 dc

if you can max tarte, try: Lev + mata + zande + tanith + tarte

note: classic arena = 5 units & 100 DC max

haha yea I knew I can use 5 units, but I wasn't sure whether to replace Mata for 2 units or not. Thanks for the advice! OH i realise I didn't include Fawn in the list. So how about this:

More on topic: I'm not 100% sure I'm gonna compete in this arena (again). I have my team in mind but for some reason, these events don't appeal to me. That being said, however, I still prefer them over this crapshoot of a tower event. I'm so disappointed I almost started crying when I got another bear, LOL.
