New quests and training

Just an FYI there are new quests and training for the 40s...
Quests
40 - A winter wonderland
40-1 The invited
3 Deploy - 1 Ally - 25 monsters
40-2 Death Calling
2 Deploy - 3 Ally - 26 monsters
40-3 A Cup of Red
3 Deploy - 3 Ally - 37 monsters
40-4 On Shaky Legs
4 Deploy - 2 Ally - 38 monsters
40-5 Spiders and Ghosts
3 Deploy - 4 Ally - 37 monsters
40-6 The End of Desire
5 Deploy - 2 Ally - 30 monsters
40-7 Blood and Temptation (gave me a harp)
4 Deploy - 4 Ally - 44 monsters

Didn't track any exp gain or anything...
Still going through the 40 training... takes so long!

It wasn't there... I figured I would help it along. Too lazy to add it to the wiki itself so where better than here?
