Yes, leir is very expensive now but her price will plummet after the event. Right now she's very valuable just for the time bonus that she gives to players who want to grind bt pts.

Assuming you grind for several days, she's basically equivalent to hundreds of TE.

Leir gives you 1171 pts from 37-6, event 4*s gives you 1031 pts, the difference is 140 pts, which by calculation, is equal to 0.68TE per deploy, or its like every 7 deploys you save 5 TE.

In 1 hour, you deploy her about 12 times, you save 60TE every 7 hours, so you pretty much saved enough for her cost in 2~3 days.

But kinda also need to consider the fact that SS might suddenly add back Lumiere mid event, and render Leir much less important.

even if they do add Lumiere back in shes not an event unit but a reward IE she won't give bonus BT . it like joel in Mandora march

^It's different this time around. You get a boost in BT points from the reward units.

It states very clearly in the rules that reward units now give bonus BT equivalent to their star rating, hence why lots of people are asking around to borrow either Medicis or Ombre. No doubt adding a 4* and a 5* to the BT rewards would have either made to many Ombres, or they would have had to increase the BT thresholds to accommodate for the predicted spike in BT.

The question is which 5 star do we pick?

For me, it's between Lumiere and Praline.

Lumiere has an arena skill, so I'm leaning towards that. Currently it looks like you can get ~100 pts a day, so it would take 50 days WITHOUT referral bonuses to get her.

She would be the 5* reward in the event where everyone was grinding for 6* Ombre. 900~ Ombres came to born. Lumiere would end up with ~5000 samples by then probably. Just look at der(p)mond and Matahari basically.

Shes rarer this way for a looooong while. Very Happy
