As he forewarned in the beginning to make it very clear, this is based on his opinions after creating a program or way not to rank their skills, stats, etc.... So take it with a grain of salt mainly for the fact that Silicon Studios does not have anything official on their site at all about the cards and how they view their rankings

So I had to pick Kiki or Meg to feed, and this was my first stop, but I had to make my own decision.

I chose Kiki for her better 'all around' dmg. Even though she has a slower speed. Hope I made the right call, she's already level 50. Meg is stuck at 6

I didn't have the luxury of choosing, but I prefer Meg for the C speed, so I'm happy I got her (if it couldn't be Octavia!).

I chose wrong. Kiki isn't giving bonus BT at this time..... I'm hoping it's a glitch.

Hey everybody, I added the new Witch cards to the list.
I have a sense now for how the Dragon reincarnation cards fall, but I'm going to wait a bit to add those because I'm in a rush out the door.

drew a Kiki, and immediately a guy wants me to trade it with MEG (rated higher on your tier) + 200k. Should I?

Kiki doesn't give the tower bonus for some reason ALSO, so I'd say yes. Take it.

I took most of my data from the japanese wiki and they call Charl "Charlotte".
I kept meaning to fix this, but hadn't yet. Now I have. Thanks for reminding me.
Also, I added Geronimo to the 3* list.

Any thoughts on where Reincarnated Sonia will land? Looks similar to Lucrezia and Sarah stat-wise, one class faster but with melee attack range.

Very good job. I was actually going to make a tier list of sorts myself, before I found this thread.
