japanese version 6* with two skills???

So I'm going through the 6*'s list in the jp wiki and looking at the cards and i'm like What?! why haven't i seen Martial Artist Aksana, Manfred Defender of Country, Emperor Arcadia and what not....
than to add to my amazement that the japanese version of the game had extra cards (including 7*'s) i look carefully at the skill section of the card and either my eyes are not what they use to be or i'm seeing TWO SKILLS!!! YES TWO SKILLS!!!

Come japan... don't hoard all the good stuff to yourself.... please?

The second skill seems to be only available on Arena battles

Yes, only Arena battles factor in that second skill.
