Just noticed that the topics were merged. xD No problem at all, it makes more sense this way. But maybe we could make a permanent Current Event thread with the pictures and information concerning the Step-Up pack? We could add the stats of Nanaca and Virgil there too. (*hint hint nudge nudge*)

I don't think Mobage/SS people care a dime about that, unfortunately. :/ Reprints of endangered/near-extinct cards means lots of players buying packs to get them, which in turn means more money for the company. It doesn't matter whether players worked hard and/or paid a lot of TE's to get those rare cards. New prints mean new buying customers, and this is all that's important. So if you have any cards that only have value because of their extreme rarity, I would recommend getting rid of them while they're still worth something. To give you an example: I got Lieselotte and Biance for 1te each, and received Wolf within a set of five 3*'s for 1TE.

LOL, I just checked and contrary to what I thought before, I can still post new topics in the current events! (It still says closed, but when I click closed I can post.) So here are our options since this event is killing me:

1) Chaos or Myan can make a topic in the closed current events, and update it (that seems to be their forte...) and then one of them or myself can just throw this over into the public current events section.

2) I've never made a current events thread, and the thought of doing so is a little intimidating. But if you guys post Vergil's max stats (SS has given us the 6*s), screenshots of the poster, and whatever else you guys deem important here, when the Valhalla event ends I will create the closed event topic and move this to the public one.

Do you all believe that the "Step-Up" Packs will be a norm with events now in order for Mobage/Silicon to get more money out of players?

And I am too lazy to search the whole thread again, but didn't someone figure out the total cost for all the steps? What was it again? :-)

And if so, would you, as paying players, buy the Event Pack and Step-Up Pack for the same event in order to get the bonus items?

I did one step 7 pull and got virgil/wolf/lies. Garbage.... Gonna try once or twice more.

I used them as feeds.

Total of 11900 mobacois/fanta pts needed. So, let's just call it 120 for all 7 steps.

Pretty much the same for my step 7 too :/ got a Thrain amidst the junk at least though. We are actually very gimped for the step 7 as for Japan's, their step 7 is 100% for 4* and above (no 3*s) and not to mention the wee chance for the 7*.

FML, ran through another step 7 and got a Reinhard 6*.. So I bought 4 more. Let's just say I should've stopped at that Reinhard T-T

i got a feeling yes, cause JP has the reprint packs, if they are doing it this way one set per event at a time....seems like a good way for them to squeeze $$$ outta ppl for old stuff~ especially if u can just purchase/pull a 6* greg beat stick from the dragonspawn set :O

Just pulled 2 6 stars and 2 5 stars after completing step 7. I think this was totally worth it lol

I pulled a bunch of 5*s...oh well i pulled a lu bu which was enough to net me a trade for ellen so i cant complain this event since i wasnt competing anyway.

Pulled 4x step sevens. for a grand total of 1 5* cerberus. reading the above, just rams home what an unluckly schlub I am.

Just a note, if they just taken out the 7* and the chance are the same as the Jap step-up.

The chances are not exact as they advertised. (step 7 is around 6x chance for the 6*, may be they upped ours?)

Notice also, that the chance for 5* doesn't change that much, like 2x from step 1 - 7.

So technically, for a 5*, it's better to buy regular packs. For a 6*, let's say the chance are so low that if people do get it, they just luck out anyways.
