Semi-new member would like to buy a 5*, Tips please?

Hey,

Im a semi-new member, and i really want to get stronger cards.
There is one card i really love, Lev.
Does anyone know what price he is?
I currently only have 2 TE's, but i do have some high level/max 4*, and a level 76 Patricia.
Can i do anything with this? All help is greatly appreciated.
