I've been trying to buy the 500 Fanta Points Series Pack, but can't seem to do so.

Every time I hit the confirm button to purchase, I'm prompted by this error message: "A connection error has occurred, will return to Top Page."

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

im beginning to hate this game. i've bought boxes from every series that's come out so far & i've never gotten even a 5* -__- just bought 2 packs & it's all 4*s! duplicates too. WOW. i just want canis so bad. ; ~ ;

So far I have bought two megaboxes and steps 1-7 step up.
Step 7 had Alvida
1st Megabox had Monica
2nd Megabox had Diane and ANOTHER MONICA

I probably shouldnt push my luck much more haha

That is one incredible luck there mate.

In one megabox 2x 6* is insanely luck considering the 0.2% chance.

Sjees, bought around 20 boxes including step ups, gotten only one Monica, one Ater (first box), one Marguerite. Thats it... Sad

All other six and fives I got from dear allies who are just being nice or quiting the game.
Changes of that are much higher than the boxes it seems...

I think some of you have heard about my bad luck with boxes before. Well, here I guess is confirmation of my bad luck.

Season 3 I did all of the step up packs one time each (one through seven) and got NO 5* or 6* cards. Later I did a regular 1500 box though and I got Ovis Neutral

And once I pulled a 5* (Bernhard) from a 4+ ticket (otherwise, I used ALL of my 4+ tickets and only got 4*s)

The current season I decided to try again (WHY?!?!?) I did all of the step up packs PLUS an extra 6 step and two extra 7 packs. I pulled them all at different times of day and different days, sometimes when it looked like others were getting lucky and other times when the rare card report seemed barren for a while. I got nothing. Well, I got a Cerberus (5* monster) otherwise ALL 3* and 4* cards Evil or Very Mad

I think I'll quit the step up packs (and perhaps all packs?) now for good Sad

i would 2nd that.. but i did get 3 5* monsters from step ups 6 ~ 7 Embarassed

Step up 7 got me Chimera, Django, Yuriya, Miriam, Angela, Remika, Marshmallow, Candy, Miriam AGAIN, Mylene, Frank, and... KYO! Very Happy

Been looking for her for a while, but I'm annoyed I spent that much just for one good card. Weird though, I never get 6* from Step Ups, just from Mega Boxes so far.

In my case...

I started fantasica around the 26th of Jan. While I was still a newbie, I installed other games on my androids via ads in order to gain some mobapoints. I believe I earned around 400 moba points or so in total. Then I used these moba points on the normal starter pack, the other special starter pack (forgotten the name) and then only step 1 of step up. I ended up with a few 4 stars such as miriam which enabled me play decently up until the 12th of feb.

I later thought it was a good idea to invest some money into the megabox bundle. So I tried one megabox and ended up with no single 5 star or 6 star, I was so very dissapointed because this was the most expensive package available o_O. Then I tried a 2nd megabox and got a Manfred with no other 6 star and not a single 5 star, I wasn't very excited because I didn't know Manfred's worth and at the same time I had higher expectations. Later on I bought up to 4 megaboxes more during the flower event and got no single 5 star or 6 star Sad

In the current event, I decided to try out this so called Step up card pack. I went from Step 1 to Step 7, where step 1 gave me a Diane , step 2 - 6 gave me nothing good and then step 7 gave me a Kyo and Remika. Considering how expensive the step up is from 1 through 7, I was so... unsatisfied >_>. On the next day I decided to try 1 more step 7 and ended up with only 1 5 star Julia and nothing else.

Overall, I have to say that I hate the cash shop of fantasica so very much. I don't plan to invest anymore money on this game >_<. I mean the 1500 mobage pts pack will give u trash 99% of the time and the 3000 mobage pts pack will give u trash 90% of the time so I think the players who invested aren't respected at all. The most annoying part is that level 1 noobs seem to have super luck compared to older players, I've seen many that drew 3 good 6 stars at once....

My luck sucks big time. Just spent upt ot step 6, and go tnothing but 3* and 4* with 2 event 4*. no 5 stars. As of october of last year I have spent over 900 dollars on this game and no 6* yet. Hopefully this mandragora event i can get something with the amount i just spent.

Omfg, so I wanted to get a decent event card during this event so I spent $70 to get 2 megaboxes.

No event card
No 5*
No 6*

I swear this game ####ing hates me, I wanna just rage quit. As a matter of a fact, I'm going to complain and ask for my money back. I've spent $200 total and the only good card I have ever pulled was a 5* Patricia (WHICH SUCKS)!

That sounds like some of the worst luck I have ever seen, I don't think they will refund you though.
Mobapage isn't very generous.

Spent about $600-700 now, almost all step up packs. Pulled Nana, Alex (yuck), Claudette, Alvida, 6-8 random 5*'s (nothing special) and enough items to get Mata. Also pulled a Chiara from a 4* ticket. Based off of what I've seen from other people in this thread, I must be lucky. Pretty much every step 1-7 has netted me a 6*, but I once redid step 7 6 times and got nothing better than a 4*
