Have you SEEN some of the card artwork ?!?!?!? Check out Debbie ferinstance... BTW you have talent and there is NOTHING wrong with Anime (which is animated btw). I read manga a lot myself

Though there's nothing wrong with this sort of drawings, There's a clear general resentment from an academic point of view. It's viewed from many artists as something other than "art".
But honestly I have no need to be labeled as an artist. I am just a servant to my drawings. all i need to be, is I need to be drawing.

But I would say, saying anime only means animation would be like saying Manga only means doodles done by Hokusai. so i'd have to disagree on what your earlier comment implies.
