| you just need to login using your old account in your new phone and register your device once again. but be wary of the following (quoted from Device Registration FAQ) - Quote :
...you may transfer your account to an unregistered device as long as the said device has not had an account on it previously. In addition, upon transferring your account, the previous device may no longer have an account on it permanently. | |
