How do people have 700 wins already?

*sigh* I know the answer is TEs. But that's much too rich for my blood.

I like how I attack a 4* then he/she comes in with 2 6* allies while I'm stuck with my non-maxed 4* allies.

Some advice for casual players:

1) Know how people are gaga over Time Elixirs? This event is going to be your best way to get a bunch of them. The Rank Rewards give the crappy (P) kind of TEs and Potions; the BT Point and Victory Count rewards give the good kind.

You will get:

* 3 Time Elixirs at 20 Battle of Heroes victories
* 3 Time Elixirs at 3000 BT Points
* 3 Time Elixirs at every 3000 BT Points after reaching 5000 (so 8K, 11K, etc.)

Play through the event, clear the areas and keep going in the Endless Arena. The points will rack up surprisingly quickly and you will rack up Elixirs. Don't use them; either sell them or hang onto them to trade for better cards.

2) See the Rank Rewards? Unless your Visa card is locked and loaded, forget about them.

The 5* and up cards start at Rank #200 in each category. People TE'ed like mad to vault into the top 200 in the last handful of hours last time, and competition this time around will be even fiercer. That's not to say that there's no room for newcomers, but... be ready to burn through TEs and spend accordingly. Also figure in that everyone ELSE who'll be pushing for top 200 will be getting a few dozen free TEs too.

3) Use your Roc Vials wisely.

You're going to get a handful of Roc Larges from your point totals and a bunch of Roc Smalls from training. Don't just burn through them as soon as you get them!

The only time you're going to want to use Larges is when there's a chance of getting the big boss, which means either Boss Fight in the fifth arena or in the Endless Arena. Even then, think hard about it; the fifth arena Boss Fight is the only one that's guaranteed. If you're not going for rank, all you're gaining from more points is more elixirs, and you don't want to spend elixirs to gain elixirs. (Spending Elixir(P)s to gain Elixirs might be a decent tradeoff.)

My recommendation would be to use a Small before each Boss Fight in the first four arenas, one Large before the fifth Boss Fight, and then stash the rest. If you have a realistic shot at Top 200 (protip: you probably don't), use the Larges in combination with Elixirs in the Endless Arena; if you don't, sell them at ridiculously high prices to those who do. If the Smalls are selling very high, consider selling, otherwise use them in Endless and hope for boss fights that'll score more elixirs.

4) Relax.

Even if you sleepwalk through this event, you'll end up with a couple of new 4*s, some elixirs, some potions, some Roc vials you can sell for luna, and a couple of Premium Tickets at the end.

There's a chance that I wrote down the wrong number so it's close I'm sure. I fought Agrippina but I dont' remember the number of points she gives.

Haven't had to use anything yet but I did get into the top 200 on the PvP side, Top 300 on the PvE side. The only thing holding me back is when I get stuck with two lower level 4* allies during battles. I either just barely pull out a win or lose. They've been with me since the beginning so I don't want to be a douche & drop them for some stronger allies. We'll see how things are looking in the last few days.

omg, I don't know about you guys, but from my battles, on average my enemy uses their skills at least twice as much as my lazy bum cards! GRRRRR....

Those are good tips from brokenchicken, and a useful list from Space Butler!

Here's my advice: know how to pick your battles. Your list of opponents is taken from people within a certain rank bracket around you, and the better your rank is, the harder your opponents are.

Here's some tips:
- don't pick 6* leaders.
- try not to pick maxed 5* leaders when possible, especially ones considered high tier or with high damage
- try not to pick high-leveled (or even any leveled) princess 5*s or 6*s. A high leveled princess means that person had the time or the funds to enhance them up to that level, and also probably means they have extra 5*s or 6*s just waiting behind (or extra princesses!). Don't do it.
- check their album -- if they're a 4*, but have 100+ things albumed?... yeah, not sure about that one buddy.
- and always remember you can refresh the list several times -- there's usually going to be at least one person you know from experience you can beat, so try to find them.

hmm just ran through 10-5 and got 3 small vials in a row :/ drop rate seems to be totally random

in addition to clock's tip, I generally pick fights against opponent's whose leader level is around my player level (doesn't make sense i know), and i seem to come out on top 85% of the time.

also, seems that the grinders who want to top rank are un-friending/un-allying their low-level allies so that they 'randomly' get their maxed 5*/6* allies.

I've gathered myself 13 small vials playing as much as I can.
Maybe 1 or 2 an hour?

Yeah, I think I have 14 or 15 and I've been playing since 10am (so, 10 hours). Not the best drop rate...

4:30 hours non-stop training, 0 vials.

I had 3 during my first run of 10-4, with 250 training points so i thought it'd be easy to get and wasted them... haven't gotten a single since then.

Tried so many stages....

Running 10-4 and pulled 15 in the past 12 hours. My last run DID yield 2 in a row tho.

Currently im in top 200 for BT points, and waffleing into top 100 for Battle wins. havent used and TE, sitting on maybe 80. just been dedicated and was doing what brokenchicken and clocksprocket posted. but i do have some weak allies. anyone want to recruit me? currently using a maxed sonia.

i am now doing the 4-5 training...

reason being... one of the ones that uses the least pts. there's a chance for a 2* unit drop (i dun want 2* monster drop -- else there's the 3-5 quest).

since i started abt 3 hrs ago... 2 vial drops.

fortunately 10-4 has picked up for me recently. I've managed about 18 so far today using mostly 10-4 (brief forays into 1-4 / 6-3 / 16-1). Sounds like it doesn't matter that much where you look.

I'm pretty sure it's random either way -- just a lot lower of a drop rate than last arena-type event. Ah well.

By the way, I put more pictures in the front post! Yay.

does endless arena gives more points than victorycount?

Can anyone tell me what the vials do?
Basically what i gathered is that small vial doubles the dmg, lasts for 15mins
How about large vial?
And additional effect on points?
