What 4 star to use/ who is the best?

After collecting some 4 star units I'm confused on wha units to use, currently I have:

Mermaid
Dhimitrios
Mealin
Tesis 2x
Fabel
Angela
Gleb
Torre
Opga
Frank
Roy

Who of the above would you use, currently I have Dhimitrios as my leader,

Right, I did the favor of placing the stats of each card. Asking to compare a lot of cards without any sort of information is troublesome, even more with 4* when veterans who could awnser your question seldom use them.

You also have to state the reason of your dilemma: Quests, events, Arena matches (there's one GW, Guild Wars, coming soon). A unit's worth vary a lot depending on this question's anwser.

Considering you want a stable team for anything in general, here's what i suggest in my opinion:

Leader - Dhimitrios

Mellee units:
Fabel
Olga
Torre

Missile units:
Roy
Thesis
Mealin


Magic units:
Mermaid

The ones in bold are the ones i recommend leveling up first.

One error, Angela is 15DC, not 10

And Angela's nice, i admit, but her nulled Air atk makes me think often otherwise.

Yeah, I also recommend Angela, primarily for the arena/PvP events. Her S speed + poison is a deadly combination, plus the fact her strength is divided over only melee and sea, is giving her a boost in arena damage.
