assistance in logging in

hey
ive been playing fantasica since my birthday, so november 28th last year
until now its been fine but now i cant login
im using what im pretty sure is my username, which is yuvii or yuvii28
unfortunately these arent working
i also stupidly included a false email as i didnt want to give my own until i trusted the game
would someone be able to do me a favour and enter my id number so i can verify exactly what my username is, and hopefully from that i can login again
even better, if someone knows another potential solution please offer

edit: Shortly after posting, i tried one combination which is highly likely to be correct
i recieved a message stating the service is unavailable
it only occurs when i put in this specific combination

Maybe try reinstalling app? If that doesn't work try contacting Mobage Support by email including ur Game ID and name

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
when Mobage replies ask if they could help on changing/update your email address so you can change pw just in case something happened~

i contacted mobage support as you suggested and i recieved assistance
id just like to say that the service was quite good and they allowed me to set my password and change email so if anyone else has issues id recommend going in and sending a message
