| I talked a friend into splitting a step 7 pack with me, and after much deliberating we decided to split it, evens and odds, then behind my back he decided i was odds and began to draw. after getting common 3's and 4's on odds and rarer 4's on evens, the 5th card drawn is ocktavia. He was so pissed. the best card he ended up getting was Hilde. Awesome ^^ | |

She is not LE but a good unit. She has a pretty descent damage for a unit with C attack speed. 30DC is a sacrifice well spent. She's a good 6*. | |

| Oktavia is the best missile 6* in the entire game, so congrats!  She is actually kind of Limited Edition in that she can only be pulled from her original series back or from the Step-ups, and after that Step-up finished it should be a long time before she ever comes back. | |
