There isn't a search feature under allies for whatever odd reason. You can use the search button under trade to add allies though.

Hey, looking for some more allies, I've got 0 spaces to go (30/30). Preferably looking for EU players, or UK specifically so I might be able to do more in a way of quests during the day. A lot of my current allies seem to be further abroad, so it balances out my night and day playing.

Currently have my first 5* Farfa (<3) as my lead unit at Lv100.
