With the quests reaching 29-7, is 24-6 still the best for exp grinding?

I know this has been asked before but all those topics are quite old and new quests have been released. I'm still kind of new so I'm just wondering if 24-6 is still the fastest way to level up units.

I know 26-6 gives 588 exp with all allies...
2-7 gives more than 2x that in 5 minutes...
But I've stayed on chapeter 27 so I don't know about the rest...

After some of the older quests have seen their cool down time reduced, grinding 2-7 has become the new fastest way to level units. One minute cool down, four allies, 308 XP with all allies summoned. Since completing the quest takes just a bit less than a minute, you can easily make five runs in five minutes. This gives you 1540 XP per five minutes. I haven't really paid attention to the rewards of the latest chapter, but I don't remember any quests giving that much experience.

I grind on 2-7 or 29-6.
29-6 is a little better than 24-6 because it has 30 enemies and gives 588 exp and 2050 luna.
24-6 only gives 585 exp.

Grinding 2-7 is the fastest way to gain XP right now.
However, sometimes I do the 5 minute quests if I am trying to multitask while playing the game. And even though 26-6 and 29-6 give 588 XP, I was enlightened a while ago that 24-6 will give more ally points, since you can summon 5 allies instead of 4. Which only matters if you still need ally points (like me).

Grinding one minute quest drives me up a wall, so I've been sticking with later chapters. I'm usually multi-tasking anyways so 2-7 isn't a great choice for me, even if it is a lot more exp
