Anybody else notice the sale on mobacoins?

Plan C now gives 1500 coins instead of 1100 for the same $9.99 price. That means a megabox for only $19.98. None of the other plans are giving bonus coins, though, just plan C.

My price plans are different from yours:-

Plan A - 100 Coins - £0.89
Plan B - 305 Coins - £2.69
Plan C - 1020 Coins - £7.99

Is your one exactly 1100 coins for plan C?

it normally gives 1100 exactly for $9.99, but is now offering 1500 for same price. All other plans are still listing the old amount of coins, so it's only plan C that's different.

I am seeing this too, plan C and plan D are basically 150 coins per .99, while plan A and B are 100 coins per .99, plans E and F are 110 coins per .99 ....gee, let me think about this...which one do I want to buy Rolling Eyes

But in all seriousness I would be much more inclined to buy if this was the new pricing scheme.

Seeing this sale on my apple device, but not on the android. The sad thing is, my apple device's been messed up since the update to ios 6 so hopefully I can get around the issue and maybe they'll fix it before the sale's over Neutral

I unfortunately haven't been able to purchase any Mobacoins during this sale. Keep getting "Purchase Failed" every time I try. Just gotta keep being persistent I guess!

Well, is this an official sale? Maybe they accidentally changed the prices and they've cancelled buying so that they can fix it..I sure hope that's not the case though! ahaha

Sucks for Android users... wonder what the reasoning is. Does Google take a percent out of in-app purchases? That sounds more like something Apple would do.

Since mobage accounts aren't tied directly to Android/iOS, could you log in to a Mobage game on someone's iOS device, buy coins, and have the same bonus balance when you log back in on your Android device?

Oh, I was able to buy my coins! Bought 4,500 with $30 which makes me incredibly happy.

I'm probably going to wait until the next event to buy an event pack for $30, since I'm ranked 410ish and I think I can make it a bit higher on my own.

I'm gonna try and save up money to buy some more coins while I can! :3

I can check this later when I get back home. But I did notice that on my ipod touch it's called Fanta Points where as on android it was Moba Coins, so they might not be on the same account Neutral

My 1500 option, which is new, is $13.99 and 3000 is $26.99.

Ouch, they must have just switched it.
After trying for about an hour I snagged the 3000 Pt option for 19.99 and the 1500 Pt option for 9.99.
I guess they were just fixing things heh.
