I just got 3 from the tank girl event, made sure I got them from my inbox and there seems to be no way to use them. The one wants Moba Coins and the other says I have free or normal tickets.

The 100 tickets are a ripoff. You have to spend Moba coins to use them.

(1 ticket) lets you spend (100MB) for a (5* or greater) card.
