Bonus Step Up Packs

Guaranteed 7* 50,000 points, $50 nets you roughly 2500 points at step 7. Are they out of their minds???

First, these sort of questions/topics should be done in the Game Discussion section, mate. I ask a moderator/admin to change this thread to its rightful place.

Second, this "Bonus" feature has been done twice in the past. You can search in the unnoficial wiki about them.

By my calculations, you'd need 20 step 7 packs, or... a thousand dollars total (if what you wrote here is true - my phone's charging so i can't confirm this myself). While this is indeed a huge price, i'll state that on a previous event a whale player has spent around five thousand dollars to obtain an event unit called Lunarie, a 7* of a past event (veterans may confirm this if you want), and still failed in obtaining the unit. These "Bonus" are placed here so that the whale players have an assurance to spend all the money they want on random packs without jeopardizing their success.

So, how much will the 7* (bonus point) cost  to buy outright?
step 1: 5
step 2: 15
step 3: 25
step 4: 50
step 5: 500

50,000 - 2095 = 47905
47905 / 2500 = 19

So, 1 of each 1-5, 2 6, 19 7, = 102190 moba coins. 10525 for $100
$900

IIRC Cheaper than average case dream packs to get any particular unit, but "only" a 7*.

No-brainer for anybody seriously going for rank.  Practically guaranteed to spend that much.

Yeeeees. I've been posting about that video on my wall since it came out. The only thing we can hope for now is for more of the whales to leave the game and force the system into something more reasonable. I wonder though, was the original Asian version of the game like this too?
