I think yes it works, when i was fearing my account was gone i made a second but i dont use it anymore, so yes its possible.

To clarify...

You can make as many accounts as you want. Just log out and make a new one.

But one phone can only register one account. (If you've already registered your device, you CANNOT register another account on the same phone)

*side note: you can register one account to multiple phones... but this does not help your problem*

But anyway, maybe you can tell us why you want to restart?
There isn't really any "mistake" you can make in the game that is unrecoverable from... and the game gives you so little to start with, I don't see how restarting can help with any situation?

How does restarting prevent you from being scammed? Just change your password, never lend out your units for albuming and you're done.
