Look-alikes or plagiarism?

Disclamer:
This is obviously not my art.
Just art disscussion topic that belongs (imho) to this part of a forum.

I've been thinking how those two look very similar to me:

and

Pictures and poses are slightly different but very similar. Just look at:
Shoulders and chest.
Finger position (hand on waist).
One of the legs.
Color pallette.
Collars and belts.
Overal mood and impression.

I know that human bodies are basicly the same. I also know that there is a limit of poses you can make (if not an acrobat). But these two just make me feel that one is a copy of another.

If you didn't noticed, you'll see similitarity between cards and other cahracters too. XD

BUT I'd put it into the Game Discussion, not here. Artwork Center is there to show off your artwork and not that. ^^

Oh. I am sorry. Couldn't find that thread. Maybe because it is in game discussion along with new player's questions, bug reports and event descriptions.
